Freestyle Vinyasa* Yoga - All Levels Class:
Vinyasa - A group of yoga poses (asanas) intelligently sequenced together integrating breath with movement - yin and yang - to create a powerful flow, ultimately building strength and flexibility.

In this 90 minute class, the focus is on the being - plain and simple. We do so by focusing on the breath, healthy bio-mechanical alignment, and connecting with the body and our authentic self. This vinyasa sequence is inspired by my training with Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn and Shiva Rea. I combine traditional asanas (poses) in a vinyasa flow style of yoga, some core and strength training, pilates, and mindfulness meditation. This class is set to a variety of music to create a wholistic experience. You are invited to simply show up as the full and complete person you are and in a healthy way, just have fun being with yourself and others. This is yoga at its relational best. Integrating my psychotherapy training into a unique eclectic blend of traditional yet innovative practice, my hope is that these classes offer sensitive insights and opportunities for personal growth. We train together, support each other in our practice, laugh together and are part of a community of belonging and acceptance, without judgement. An excellent workout and great for increasing strength and flexibility. Anyone can attend these classes. Those who are newer to yoga can modify any pose to make it healthy for their body. This is yoga you can feel successful at regardless of your level of yoga experience.
