MEET THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE IN CLASS:
YOU - as reflected from your mat!
Tom has developed his own unique and challenging style of yoga that
encourages participants to honor their unique physical, emotional
and spirital Self. This Kripalu-influenced class combines traditional
asanas (poses) in a vigorous vinyasa
flow along with mindfulness meditation to increase a sense of
self-awareness and acceptance. Set to a variety of music, this class
truly offers a wholistic experience.
Yoga becomes the metaphor for life, so that what occurs on the mat
becomes the reflection of our daily experience. Through mindful
awareness we increase the likelihood of full and honest self-expression.
This is yoga at its relational best. Integrating his psychotherapy
training into his unique eclectic blend of traditional yet innovative
practice, Tom's classes offer sensitive insights and opportunities for
personal growth.
He calls it FREESTYLE VINYASA YOGA
