Tom has developed his own unique and challenging style of vinyasa flow
that encourages participants to honor their unique physical, emotional
and spirital Self. Combining traditional asanas (poses) in a vinyasa
flow style of yoga, some core and strength training, pilates,
mindfulness meditation and training in self-awareness, this class is
set to a variety of music to create a wholistic experience.
Yoga becomes the metaphor for life, so that what occurs on the mat
becomes the reflection of our daily experience. Through mindful
awareness we increase the likelihood of full and honest self-expression.
This is yoga at its relational best. Integrating his psychotherapy
training into his unique eclectic blend of traditional yet innovative
practice, Tom's classes offer sensitive insights and opportunities for
personal growth.
